- For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 12 PM Monday-Friday
- Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will ship next business day
- Next-day delivery is an estimate and may be subject to delay.
International Shipping:

- Flat rate of $39.95
- Shipping to North America and Canada is excluded.

- You’ll receive a ‘Ready For Collection’ email after order confirmation
- Available for pick-up during store hours

Out-of-Stock/Incorrect Inventory:
Orders may have incorrect stock levels
Out-of-stock items will prompt email notifications with alternatives, store credit, or refund options.
RETURNS
SALE POLICY FOR REDUCED ITEMS:

RETURNS POLICY:
- Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of the purchase date.
- A receipt is required as proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box.
- Exchanges or store credit are available for general sale items only; refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty.
- Manufacturing defects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may need to be sent back to the supplier for assessment.
- Commercial use of any items purchased (eg styling, photoshoots etc) will void the ability to refund or exchange.
In-store Returns:
- Refunds for in-store purchases can be processed during store hours
Online Order Returns:
- Provide online order confirmation/tax invoice as proof of purchase
- Customers cover return shipping costs unless items are faulty or incorrect
