RETURNS POLICY:
- Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of the purchase date.
- A receipt is required as proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box.
- Exchanges or store credit are available for general sale items only; refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty.
- Manufacturing defects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may need to be sent back to the supplier for assessment.
- Commercial use of any items purchased (eg styling, photoshoots etc) will void the ability to refund or exchange.

Online Order Returns:
- Provide online order confirmation/tax invoice as proof of purchase
