Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of the purchase date with a receipt as proof of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, and footwear must be returned in its original box. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may need to be returned to the supplier for evaluation.
